Email Communications Summary - Transactions Tab
The Transactions tab on the Report Results panel on the Email Communications Summary screen is used to review sales information from sold matches that resulted from Email messages based on the deal type, such as cash or finance. A sold match is a sold deal that is associated with an XtreamService lead.
Note - Gross profit information only displays on this tab if the View Gross Profit check box is selected on the Report Criteria panel.

The Pay Type Results panel is used to review sales information, such as the number of clicks and the average revenue per click, for each deal type.
The Click Conversion By Pay Type graph displays the number of vehicles
The Average Days to Convert By Pay Type graph displays the average number of days for a lead from an Email campaign to become a sold match. Hover the mouse cursor over a bar on the graph to display a tooltip with the average number of days for a lead to become a sold match for the corresponding pay type.
The following items are available on the Pay Type Results panel.
Pay Type: The type of vehicle deal, such as Finance or Lease, displays.
Engaged Customers: (Link) The number of customers who clicked links in an Email message
Total Clicks: The number of times customers clicked links in Email messages displays.
Total Click Conversions: The number of leads from an Email campaign that became sold matches displays.
Average Days to Convert: The average number of days for a lead to become a sold match displays. A sold match is a sold deal that is associated with an XtreamService lead.
Average Gross Profit Per Click: The average gross profit per click from leads during the entered date range displays.
Average Gross Profit Per Click Conversion: The average gross profit from leads during the entered date range displays.
Average Revenue Per Click: The average revenue per click from leads during the entered date range displays.
Average Revenue Per Click Conversion: The average revenue from leads during the entered date range displays.
The unlabeled Customer Transactions panel is used to review information for different transactions, such as the customer name, transaction date, and revenue.
The following items are available on the unlabeled Click Conversion Results panel.
Customer Name: The name of the customer displays.
Interaction Group: The type of customer interaction associated with the
Sent Date: The date when the Email message was sent displays.
Click Date: The date when the customer opened the Email message displays.
Total Clicks: (Link) The number of times the customer clicked links in the Email message displays. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the transaction can be reviewed.
Last Link Clicked: The name of the link most recently clicked by the customer displays.
Transaction Date: The date when the customer purchased a vehicle displays.
Gross Profit: The gross profit amount generated as a result of the corresponding transaction displays.
Revenue: The revenue generated as a result of the corresponding transaction displays.
